S’West Summit: Providence Coalition Aligns With Stakeholders’ Vision, Agenda • Prince Niran Adeyoju ‘SDM’ Commends Afenifere, DAWN Commission

The Providence Coalition, a socio-political and cultural organisation based in Oyo State, has expressed optimism that the outcomes of the recent South West Stakeholders’ Summit in Akure, Ondo State, will lead to the development of lasting and effective policies.

During a goodwill message at the summit, Prince Niran Adeyoju (SDM), the coalition’s president, emphasised the need for sustainable economic strategies that address the complex socio-economic challenges faced by the region. He highlighted the coalition’s commitment to aligning with the goals and vision of both Afenifere and the DAWN Commission during this significant gathering focused on the Development Agenda of the South-West geopolitical zone of Nigeria.

Adeyoju stated, “On behalf of the President and distinguished members of the Providence Coalition, we express our support for the aspirations of Afenifere and the DAWN Commission at this historic Summit, which aims to further the Development Agenda for the South-West region.

Adeyoju also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to be part of an initiative that prioritises the welfare of the Yoruba people.

“While we acknowledge the contributions of the founding members of this initiative, we hope that the Summit will continue to generate enduring and effective policies, as well as sustainable economic pathways that address the ongoing socio-economic challenges our community faces.

The Providence Coalition is committed to contributing valuable insights toward building a knowledge-driven economy that supports efforts to lift our people out of poverty.

“We congratulate the organisers of this successful summit and look forward to continued collaboration as we strive for a self-reliant economy for the people of South-West Nigeria.
