THE MANDATE.
Dear reader! How do you do today?
I am excited about today’s gist article. This is because we are on a mission to destroy ignorance, limitation and self pity. Most people suffer in the midst of plenty. They go to bed completely famished when in the real fact of the situation there are edibles made available for them.
The provision of all human needs in order to help them live an impactful life and also record successful projects is the mandate. Simply put, mandate is the license or authority that backs up the performance of a task. Once a mandate is received, the provision necessary to enhance the accomplishment of the corresponding action is guaranteed. Interestingly, the giver of the mandate is GOD.
Stating the obvious, wherever the sceptre of a king is, so will his power be. The same command, power and respect he would wield if he were present is the same that will be accorded him at his absence.
God has given us the mandate to be fruitful, to multiply, to dominate, to subdue the earth and to replenish the earth. Before giving this mandate, he had blessed man so that he will be well equipped to fulfil this mandate in his life. The knowledge and understanding of this possibility is power in itself.
You would notice that five active verbs are listed in the paragraph above yet mandate does not carry the plural suffix – ‘s’. This is because none of the five dimensions of the mandate is expected to be left undone. In the next five weeks, we shall deliberately analyze man’s roles in making the mandate a reality.
