A leading Aspirant for Oyo State House of Assembly, from Ibadan North State Constituency-II, in the recently conducted Primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in the constituency, Bashorun Adekunle Oladeji has addressed his teeming supporters, thanked Oyo State Gubernatorial Candidate of APC, Senator Teslim Folarin for his intervention, to resolve lingering issues ensued during and after the conduct of the primaries. He canvassed for cooperation, contribution and inputs of all players in the party, to record landslide victory for the party, come 2023.

Former Aare Latosa Local Council Gaffer, Bashorun Oladeji’s message goes thus,“Due to the incessant calls and inquiries from my political supporters, followers, family and friends on the latest on the political situation arising after last APC primary election to the Oyo State House of Assembly, Ibadan North constituency 2 that led to the 13-13 vote tie between me and another aspirant, and the political escapade that followed thereafter. Even though there have been clamouring from my followers and supporters for a legal avenue to rectify this anomaly and see justice done for the sake of internal democracy in our great party APC.

I would like to state here that the leader of our great party APC in Oyo State in the person of Senator Teslim Kolawole Folarin ( the next Oyo State Governor INSHA ALLAH) has called and prevailed upon me and some elders of our great party in Ibadan North Local Govt to give peace a chance for the sake and benefits of our party. He has in his political wisdom and experience that has spanned many decades, to let go and move the party forward. As a strong believer in the progress and unity of the party I have totally and completely accept his guidance and instruction. I see him not only as a political leader but also as our next Governor in this state . On this premise , I would like to say that , we should all move forward in supporting our great party APC and work towards the actualization of the Governorship aspiration of his Excellency Governor Tesilim Folarin and other political offices. Be it Senate, Federal Represetatives and State House of Asembly.
