Tinubu Legacy Forum Holds “First Annual Ramadan Lecture” Yesterday in Lagos • Members Win Plots of Land.
An influential sociopolitical group in Nigeria, Tinubu Legacy Forum(TLF) has held her first annual Ramadan lecture on Sunday at Adigun street, Alausa in Lagos State.
In his welcome address, the BoT Chairman, Alhaji Ganiyu Akeem Adesina thanked people for gracing the occasion. He stated the history of the forum, as well as its mission and vision.
Iyaloja General of Nigeria, Chief (Mrs.) Mojeedat Folasade Tinubu Ojo, a TLF Board of Trustees Member, in her own remarks, lauded TLF under the leadership of Alhaji Ganiyu Akeem Adesina for his proactiveness and commitment towards propagating Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s legacies, faithfully, across the nation. She appreciated all attendees for their loves towards Asiwaju’s mandate.
While commenting, the Chairman of the day, Chief Abass Akande Obesere commended the efforts of Iyaloja General, BoT chairman and entire members for upholding the progress of the forum. He appreciated Sheikh Muhydeen Ajani Bello for standing with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. ” Everybody knows Sheikh that he doesn’t support lies neither a liar”, he said.
While delivering the lecture, Sheikh Muhydeen Bello frowned at the rising insecurity in the land and charged governments at all strata to do the needful.
Bello lauded the BoT chairman, Alhaji Ganiyu Akeem Adesina and all active members of the forum for sustaining its progress since its inception.
Sheikh Bello fostered peace and unity among Nigerians, especially, Yorubas and he encouraged them to draw support for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to become next Nigerian helmsman.
“Ahmed is a good man who fears words of God and keeps his promises. Ahmed has good intention for our dear country. He has ability and experience to lead. Lagos state is a case study”, he stated.
“Don’t let’s fail this man the way we failed Awolowo and Abiola. Let’s support him for benefits of Yoruba and entire nation. It is Yoruba turn and ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU is a qualified candidate”, he reiterated.
Sheikh Bello said that, “regardless of politics, Ahmed is my person and good man. with good intent, if people say, I’m campaigning for him; yes I’m because he is a charismatic leader and detribalized statesman.
Closing remarks and votes of thanks were given by Chief (Mrs.) Folasade TINUBU OJO. She appreciated people for coming and she wished them journey mercies back to their various destinations.
Lagos state presented four halves of plots of land to TLF members, 2 halves plot to others attendees and other expensive prices from the Iyaloja General to the winners at the program.
In attendance were Oba Oniru, Oba Ojora, Oba Olooto, Chief Sunday Ajose; former Head of Service, Chief Abass Akande Obesere, Hon. Kafilat Pedro, Iyalojas, Babalojas and several others. Alhaja Kudirat Asani Olayinka a.k.a OMOALUBARIKA was the MC for the event from Faaji fm 106.5.
