Tinubu Legacy Forum Holds Inaugural BoT Meeting in Ibadan, Iyaloja General, Fatai Buhari, Bimbo Adekanmbi, Other Dignitaries Attend.
The first ‘Tinubu Legacy Forum (TLF)’ Board of Trustees’ meeting has been held in Ibadan, the state capital of Oyo state, yesterday for the progress of the forum.
The meeting which was presided over by the forum BoT Chairman, Alhaji Ganiyu Akeem Adesina alongside with the biological daughter of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Iyaloja-General of Nigeria, Chief(Mrs) Folasade Tinubu Ojo,a BoT member; also in attendance were the Distinguished Senator Fatai Buhari of Oyo North, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmi, Immediate past Commissioner for Finance in Oyo state, Imam Daud Igi- Ogun, Hon. Lukman Madehin, Alhaji Abdul Sallam Monsour, Dr. Musa Alongbija, Com. Femi Awogboro, Hon. Adewale Aponmode, Hon.Hassan Fatimah, Hon. Hamzat Olalekan, Com. Folasade Awobuyide (Lagos State NURTW secretary) among others.
The meeting was in line with the progress of the forum and attainment of her mission; sustenance of ‘TINUBU LEGACY’ in the area of humanitarian services and promotion of national development through skill acquisition programmes and empowerment of youths, widows, orphans and the vulnerable in the society.
After the meeting, in a progressive process to the meeting agenda, Chief(Mrs.) Folasade Ojo paid a courtesy visit to ASIWAJU ADDINNI OF OYO STATE; ASIWAJU MUTIULLAH ABDUL-AZEEZ OLADEJO(ONIMALU) and he promised his unalloyed support toward the affairs of the forum for the attainment of TINUBU presidential ambition come 2023. ASIWAJU ADINNI in his statement described ‘TINUBU’ as a monumental, respective and exceptional Yoruba leader regardless of political affiliations, we must adore ‘Tinubu’; he said “seeing is believing, Lagos state as a case study since 1982, most especially from 1999 till date in terms of Lagos state development and progress of his mentees across the nation”. He further stated that it is mostly important for every reasonable Yoruba person to support ‘TINUBU’s’ ambition for national development.
The BoT Chairman and the entire members of ‘Tinubu Legacy Forum’ appreciated everyone who participated in making the meeting a success.
