Tribute: Adieu My Beloved Brother – Wale Murphy Mourns Akinremi
A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Honourable Wale Olatunji, popularly known as Wale Murphy has mourned the sudden demise of the Member of the House of Representatives representing Ibadan North federal constituency, Prince Musiliu Olaide Akinremi popularly known as Jagaban.
Wale Murphy described Akinremi’s death as shocking, painful and difficult to comprehend.“I am totally lost for words on the death of my beloved brother, Hon. Akinremi. It is shocking and painful.
“He was a man that worked tirelessly for the betterment of his constituency through programs, policies and empowerment. He impacted them in many ways.
“Jagaban was a man full of life and very involved in our party both at the local and national level.
“At this trying time, I pray Almighty Allah comforts his family, Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Oyo APC and Oyo State at large. May Allah SWT repose his soul in Aljannah Firdaus.” Olatunji stated.
