Tribute : Ajimobi Was A Phenomenon – Niyi Akintola Pays Condolence Visit , Extols His Virtues .
Learned silk and politician , Barr. Niyi Akintola (SAN) has paid a condolence visit to Oluyole residence of former governor of Oyo state, Sen. Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi .
During the visit, Akintola described the late governor as a phenomenon that has positively influenced governance in Oyo state and also contributed immensely to the development of the state and Nigeria at large .
The legal luminary described Senator Abiola Ajimobi’s demise as a colossal loss not only to Nigeria but the entire black race in the global community.
“Former governor Ajimobi was a courageous man who traversed many areas of life and impacted positively. After a successful career in the organized private sector, he came into politics with a mission to change the face of democratic governance and he was able to achieve a lot despite many odds which came his way”, Akintola stated .
Barr. Akintola prayed that may God Almighty repose the soul of the late Oyo helmsman and give his immediate family , All Progressives Congress, Oyo State and Nigeria at large fortitude to bear the irreparable loss .
