Tribute: Comrades, Colleague Declare 7 Day Mourning, Plan Solidarity Condolence Visits to Odumakin, Chukwuma Families.

The colleagues, comrades, associates and friends of Yinka Odumakin and Innocent Chukwuma have arranged solidarity condolence visits to commiserate with the families of their beloved departed brothers.

According to the news release issued by the administrator of “Colleagues, Friends and Associates of Innocent Chukwuma and ‘Yinka Odumakin” and made available to the newsmen, the solidarity condolence visits are billed for tomorrow and a date before Monday.

The full release reads;

“SPECIAL NOTICE

Re: Solidarity Condolence Visits to the Families of Odumakin and Chukwuma

Please be notified that the joint solidarity visit of Colleagues, Associates and Friends of our departed brothers, Yinka Odumakin and Innocent Chukwuma to commiserate with their Families as a group are being arranged.

In respect of Yinka Odumakin this has been scheduled for Thursday, 8th April 2021.

Convergence and Take off Point for this important solidarity visit is the Premises of the Lagos Television, LTV 8, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos at 12noon, from where we will proceed to his residence in Omole Phase 1.

In respect of the visit to Innocent Chukwuma residence at Oregun in Ikeja, a date before Monday, 12th April, 2021 will be communicated soon.

For easy passage and movement of our convoy during these visits, we are liaising with the Lagos State Government as well Commissioner of Police in Lagos State in this regard.

Finally, as the Seven Days Mourning declared to solidarise with the families of Odumakin and Chukwuma commences yesterday, Tuesday, 6th April to end on Monday, 12th April, 2021, more activities to celebrate and honour our departed Comrades shall be announced in due course.

Please note that we will insist on full observance of COVID-19 Protocols by all persons intending to participate in the visit.
