Tribute: Hon Afeez Bello ‘Mabinuori’ Condoles with Prof Adeolu Akande over Father’s Demise
Honourable Afeez Bello Mabinuori has extended his heartfelt condolences to Prof. Adeolu Akande and his family following the passing of their father and grandfather, Pa Amos Adetunji Akande, who was 90 years old.
The news of Pa Akande’s death was confirmed on the Facebook page of the former NCC boss on September 3, just a day after his passing.
Mabinuori shared his sympathies with the Akande family, stating, “The loss of your esteemed father and grandfather is irreplaceable. He played a vital role in your lives and careers. I am deeply saddened by his departure, and I pray for his soul.
The 2024 APC candidate honoured Pa Akande as a man of virtue, dedicated to faith, community service, and the upliftment of those around him.
“Pa Akande is now among the angels in heaven. May Almighty God grant him a peaceful afterlife,” Mabinuori submitted.
