Tribute : House of Reps APC Caucus Chair , Segun Odebunmi Describes SM Akindele , Farinu , Adelere’s Demise As Huge Loss , Commiserates With Their Families , APC , Oyo State .
The Caucus Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the House of Representatives, Hon. Segun Dokun Odebunmi popularly known as Bunvic has described the demise of Chief Samuel Mojere Akindele, Pa Samuel Farinu and Alhaji Salaudeen Adelere as huge loss to the progressives family .
Chief SM Akindele, the party chairman in Oyo Central Senatorial District died yesterday while the duo of Pa Samuel Farinu and Pa Salaudeen Adelere, died few days ago .
“We are pained that we are loosing these great core progressives in a time like this when their wise counsels and supports are needed most “, Segun Odebunmi stated .
“Though they all lived well and did their best, especially to serve humanity and advance progressives politics in Nigeria. The honourable path which they have chosen since their early days in politics”.
” No doubt they will be missed by all of us but we pray that Almighty God console their immediate, extended and political families and grant us all the grace to bear the irreparable loss” .
The caucus chairman who is also a member of the reconciliation committee set up by the party, APC in Oyo state urged all the stakeholders including the aggrieved party members to cooporate with the committee in order to bring back everybody into one fold and work as a team” .
“We need to work together in order to win next election, people of Oyo state are already missing APC pro-people styles of governance because of the deceits that characterized the present administration in the state and for us to rescue the state, we need to bury our hatchets and move on”, Odebunmi emphasized.
