Tribute: Idris Ajimobi Mourns Father Figure, Alao-Akala.

Mr Idris Abolaji Abiola-Ajimobi, son of the late former Governor of Oyo-State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, has sympathized with the people of Ogbomosho land and Oyo state in general over the death of his father-figure, His Excellency, late Governor Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala, who died yesterday in his home town, Ogbomoso.

Ajimobi described the death of the former governor as a great loss to the people of Ogbomosho, All Progressives Congress(APC) and Oyo state, in general.

Ajimobi maintained that Alao-Akala was a role model who would be remembered as a generous man of the people and distinct governor who played a vital role in the development of the state.

“Daddy was a unifying force for the nation and his contributions to the growth and development of democracy in Oyo state and Nigeria cannot be forgotten, in a hurry”, Ajimobi extolled.

“In all circumstances , His Excellency led nobly and died in nobility. He was an achiever.
On behalf of myself and entire Governor Abiola Ajimobi family, I heartily express my sincere condolence to the members of his immediate family, as well as to the government and the good people of Oyo State. It is our prayer that the Almighty God will grant him eternal rest and comfort all those he left behind”, he concluded.
