TRIBUTE: Sen Ajimobi Led An Impactful Life, Vacuum Left Difficult to Fill – Says Adelabu.

Chief Adebayo Adelabu has described the late former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi as man of many parts whose impact will linger for long.

Chief Adelabu made this known in a memorial message made available to journalists by his Media Aide, Comrade Femi Awogboro.

According to Chief Adelabu, Senator Abiola Ajimobi served the state meritoriously and brought needed development to the state within his eight years tenure.

“Without mincing words, the demise of my political role model and mentor, Senator Abiola Adeyemi Ajimobi created a big vacuum that is difficult to fill in governance and the political system of Oyo State and the South West region in general.

“Till date, your legacy of commitment, hardwork , good governance and openness are still being missed by the people of Oyo State. You died when Oyo State and the nation needed you most”, Adelabu stated.

The Accord party gubernatorial candidate in the coming 2023 elections promised to sustain the good legacy of Senator Abiola Ajimobi, through his programme and philosophy that aimed at taking Oyo State to a greater and enviable heights.

The Agbaakin Parakoyi of Ibadanland also prayed to God to grant the deceased Aljanah Fidaus, and grant the family and his followers the courage to continue to forge ahead in his philosophy and principles.
