UPCOMING PVAN ELECTION: Electoral Chair, Asiwaju Yemi Yusuf “DGN” Promises Credible Exercise Capable of Repositioning Association.
Electoral Chairman for the forthcoming Professional Videographers Association of Nigeria(PVAN) election, Asiwaju Yemi Yusuff(DGN) has vowed to ensure credible, free and fair electoral exercise.
The Honourable Chairman, Asiwaju Yemi Yusuff stated this while addressing newsmen in Ibadan.
Yusuff avowed that, under his watch, the outcome of the the upcoming PVAN election will take the association to a new level
The helmsman for the association’s electoral umpire stated as follows,”I Asiwaju Yemi Yusuff, Honorable Chairman of Pvan Electoral committee, a one time Pvan Electoral chairman who is reappointed as the association Representative, promises to make this election a byfar better than any election ever held by Professional Videographers Association of Nigeria (Pvan) which would be held on the 25th of April 2023, All the members contesting for the election are all settled and ready to make the process tangled free and fair from distruption from any voter. All neccessary screenings have been done to make sure all participants meets the adequate requirements, and a thorough background check have been done to make sure all participants are eligible enough to represent the post He/She intends to uphold. Ineligible contestants were all dropped during the screening process, as well all local governments have been visited to make sure all local government protocols are met and in place to make sure all hands are on deck, to make things easier with positive outcome.
He also hinted that,“The ruling parties and its opposing parties are all doing thier best to make sure they win. This isn’t less expected in politics. It happens in Nigeria today but all praises to God that there has been no danger or riot involved from all contestants and their opponents.
“If Government of Nigeria can emulate our ways, I am sure they would do more better than previous years. The Association has been existing successfully for many years, long before I emerge as its member or even its chairman. Some of our past governors and leaders are, Pvan Ayobami Tijani (Joy Communication), Pvan Sunday Obuseh, Pvan Femi Alase (Femlas), Pvan Jide Akinade (Mopel), Pvan Niyi Olanrewaju, Pvan Oyedokun Oyelowo Gabriel outgoing representative. I, sincerely, appreciate Pvan Fatai Adebayo Alokongbo (Board of Trustee Chairman), Pvan T2, Pvan Biodun Bello and all other prominent leaders, mentors, local government chairmen executives and members of Pvan for their collective efforts in order to make this ongoing process an easy and realiable one. Pvan association, across the country is known for covering of events, movies, documentary, as well most of our members works at communication sectors across the globe. With the help of God, my humble, and able, self Asiwaju Yemi Yusuff and pvanec members, pledge that this election won’t be ridged, and successful candidates will be declared by Pvanec unaltered.
