Valentine’s Day: True Love Lies in Building Our Communities – Barr Agbaje Felicitates Oyo People
Barr. Akeem Agbaje, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, has extended heartfelt Valentine’s Day wishes to indigenes and residents of Oyo State, and beyond. In a message to mark the occasion, Agbaje emphasised the importance of love for communities as a driving force for progress and development.
In his statement, Agbaje called for a collective effort to foster unity and progress within communities, underscoring that true love for one’s community is demonstrated through actions aimed at the development and well-being of all members.
“Valentine’s Day is a reminder of the love that binds us as human beings, and there is no greater expression of love than our commitment to the progress of our communities. As we celebrate this day, let us also reflect on our responsibility to contribute meaningfully to the growth and betterment of our society.”
He urged residents of Oyo State to prioritise community development, unity, and peaceful coexistence, noting that these values are essential for sustainable growth and social harmony. He further emphasised the need for collaboration across all sectors, with leaders and citizens working hand-in-hand to create a brighter future.
