VIDEO: 7 Aspirants Kick Against Manipulation, Imposition As APC Primaries for Atisbo, Saki East, Saki West Federal Consistency Postponed.

Seven out of eight aspirants jostling for Atisbo, Saki East and Saki West Federal Consistency’s House of Reps ticket of the All Progressives Congress(APC), have kicked against what they described as manipulation and attempted Imposition, mixed with intimidation and threats, which led to the postponement of APC primary election in the electoral district that supposed to take place, yesterday, at OSADEP, in Saki.

The protesting House of Reps Aspirants in the federal constituency are Hon. Jacob Funmi Ogunmola, Alh Isiaka Ayanwale Imole, Surv Kunle Busari, Ayoka Lawal, Azeez Jimoh, Hon. Jide Olatunbosun and Adeleke Adeyemi Muyideen.

The chieftains of APC and Frontline House of Reps Aspirants have written to the party leadership, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), security operatives and other relevant bodies over the developments.

They called on party leadership to right the wrong and they, as well, appealed to their teaming supporters and APC faithful to remain call and law abiding as all steps are being taking to address the shenanigans.

“We’re committed APC chieftains and Frontline Aspirants. All we’re saying is that, unequivocally, we’re demanding for free, fair and credible APC Primaries in Atisbo, Saki East, and Saki West Federal Consistency. We want nothing but justice, fairness and equity. Simple”. They respectively submitted.
