War, Politics and Florence-Fatimah Ajimobi |By Prof Joseph Adeniyi Olowofela

War is defined as armed conflict between the armed forces of a state, or between government forces and armed groups that are organised under a certain command structure and have the capacity to sustain military operations or between such organised groups. (Wikipedia)
War in the popular sense, a conflict between political groups involving hostilities of considerable duration and magnitude. (Britannica)
Above are two main definitions of war in authority platform.
Politics is the process, art/science of making collective decisions in groups, involving distribution of power, resources and status. It encompasses activities associated with governing a State, formulating policy, and competitive struggles between individuals or parties, to attain, hold or influence government authority.
Recently a video was circulated purportedly credited to Ambassador Ajimobi declaring that 2027 election in Oyo-State will be war. Her media team has since debunked the video that it’s a manipulated video by A.I. shortly after that a Photoshop of Mrs Ajimobi has been circulated manipulated to be carrying gun by one Alabede Olaoluwa Peter on Facebook. With this pattern a war of technology has been declared on Mrs Ajimobi to portray her as a violent person.
This representation clearly do not depict Mrs Ajimobi.
Mrs Ajimobi is a compassionate person per excellence who would not hurt a fly but doesn’t suffer fool.

She has raised more than twenty motherless Children in an hospitable environment and some of them have graduated from University today. If you call that a war, she is a combatant in that.

She is the initiator of Educate a Rural Child, in which she is silently given support to disadvantage children in the state, if you call that war, she is an expert in that.
On health issues, she is the founder of A.B.C – Access to Basic Health, an NGO she established for heavily subsidised medical facilities. If that is your definition of war, certainly She is a tactician.
Recently with DG Renewed Hope Ambassador in Oyo-State, Senator Teslim Folarin, Minister Bayo Adelabu, all National Assembly members of APC extraction (Senators and MHR’s) and other political stalwarts in Oyo-State held town hall meetings across Oyo-State to sensitise all party members of reconciliation of all APC factions in Oyo-State, this was carried out in all Federal Constituencies in Oyo-State, with Mrs Ajimobi very prominent among the stakeholders reconciling APC members in the state. If that is what is called war, it’s just a beginning of such warfare.
Have you forgotten when Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu stated years ago that there is going to be a revolution in Nigeria – called common sense revolution. That time ACN combined with C.P.C and reformed-PDP to form APC – a political party that dislodge power from PDP.
Currently APC won presidential election marginally in 2023 but the Apostle of Common Sense Revolution – PBAT is in charge of Nigerian State today, if election is conducted in Nigeria. APC will win minimum of 32 states. That’s revolution – common sense revolution. Certainly Mrs Ajimobi is a student of Common Sense Revolution. The political war of 2027 is not a war of AK-47. It is a common sense revolution. Those who are trying to disparage the Character of Mrs Ajimobi should stop or we will expose them and their sponsors .
