Who Is Hon Shittu Ibraheem Aremu ‘SIA’?
Hon. Shittu Ibraheem Aremu proudly represents the Saki-West State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly. A true son of the soil, he hails from the esteemed Sanga family in Igbooloogun, with roots that connect him deeply to the community—his mother from Agbele and his father from Igbooloogun.
Born in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, Hon. Aremu began his education at Baptist Primary School before moving on to Baptist Secondary School in Burkina Faso. He later completed his Junior Secondary School Certificate (JSSCE) at Baptist High School in Saki and earned his Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) at Ansarudeen High School, Saki.
As the CEO of 360 Leisure and Sport, a reputable sports management firm, Hon. Aremu is a distinguished sports administrator and a FIFA-licensed NFF intermediary. His professional journey includes serving as the School Sports Coordinator at the Lagos State Sports Commission from 2016 to 2018. He holds a degree in human kinetics (sport science) from the University of Lagos, Akoka, and has furthered his education with an MSc in sports administration and management from the same institution. Currently, he is pursuing a course in International Sports Law at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.
