Prior to Coronavirus pandemic, your party was enmeshed in serious crisis and you granted interview on BCOS Television that, former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi would become APC Deputy National Chairman South, despite FCT High Court that sacked Oshiomole as National Chairman of APC, Where did you get your Political confidence from ?

Thanks. Point of observation, our party was not enmeshed in crisis but, our party had issues amongst the key stakeholders struggling for the soul of the party ahead of 2023 election permutations.

What journalist’s and citizen’s termed as crisis are issues to us as Politician’s, because it is a natural tendency in any given Political party for such to occur.

It becomes crisis when a political party is factionlised and our party is not factionlised. There is no crime to have caucuses in Politics even within family unit’s there are caucuses but, one family interest. A political conscious individual not accidental Politician’s would not see such incident as crisis.

Some parading themselves today as politician’s do not have basic Political prequisites and did not grow through the ranks, examples are abound hence, you see the political arena is being messed as they lack Political tutelages.

I hold strong Political view on Ajimobi emergence as APC Deputy National Chairman South on the premise of insights of root cause of purported FCT High Court judgement obtained to sacked Adams Oshiomole. It was the contending Political forces within the party struggling for the soul of the party ahead of 2023 presidential permutations and with right Political interventions, an Abiola Ajimobi was sworn in as Deputy National Chairman South of the party because, Ajimobi is dexterous, classic, he has the wherewithal credentials to weather the storm required of a character at that high level, more importantly ,his promoter’s are politically potent.

Who are Senator Abiola Ajimobi promoter’s that are Politically potent?

An Ajimobi like him, loathe him , did not betray Tinubu politically when political hawk’s in 2016 wanted to poke Asiwaju eye’s in National APC and Senator Ajimobi as then Governor of Oyo State yielded the political platform that neutralized high rise cap Man, Senator Ibikunle Amosun Political camp that includes Governor Fayemi and Governor Akeredolu SAN, though Ajimobi paid politically for it, with his Senatorial Election and Gubernatorial election loss in Oyo State where these supposed APC stalwarts prepared the ground for PDP Gubernatorial candidate now our Governor in Oyo State, his Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde.

Our loss was conglomerate of Political factor’s we mismanaged which birthed unity forum within OYO STATE APC and later formed ADC and their eventual allaince with PDP.

There are lots genuine aggrieved APC member’s we didn’t close ranks with but, even at that, the technical knockout at the poll concept was developed by Senator Ibikunle Amosun south west APC wing.

Can you further explain better on how APC stalwarts mentioned prepared ground for PDP in Oyo State?

There are lot of undercurrents in Politics than people see on election day. Elections winning in Nigeria context is beyond voting at the polling unit’s, vote’s are cast’s but, there are factors that makes it counts. This is a political thesis not written or submitted in any Nigeria Universities but, Political Elite’s master the art and you have to be groomed Politically to understand this.

I won’t say more than that but, Political conscious individuals and some journalist’s that are vetran knows better. Laugh’s.

Chief Press Secretary to Oyo State Governor, Taiwo Adisa said APC 2019 Gubernatorial Aspirant NIYI AKINTOLA SAN take on Governor Seyi Makinde on destruction of Oyo development template is a ploy by the lawyer to be in the news ahead of 2023. What’s your take on this?

Taiwo Adisa is rude, he is a scavenger in Oyo State political sphere and an imported character that doesn’t know the terrain and I believe he is being traumatized with 50% reduction in his salary by his boss.

NIYI AKINTOLA SAN is a genuine patriot whom has over the years distinguished himself as not only as a legal luminary but, a humanist and he has given alot back to his immediate society especially here in Oyo State. He offered free legal service for Oyo State on boundary dispute at Bakatari. If Taiwo Adisa is an intelligent mind he would know how expensive it is to secure service of a senior Advocate of Nigeria that run into millions.

NIYI AKINTOLA SAN has always been in the news for good reasons and infact when he was Deputy Speaker OYHA in Third Republic, Taiwo Adisa would probably would have been a Jamb Candidate and his boss would have also been far away in the creeks in Rivers State in 1992.

Of the facts were all what NIYI AKINTOLA SAN said on Fresh FM radio about Ineptitude and consistent complacency of His Excellency , Governor Seyi Makinde. Kudos and God bless Mayor Issac Brown and his colleagues for such interface with legal luminary of AKINTOLA SAN stature.

Do you also share same view with AKINTOLA SAN that, he won’t raise a cheque to Oyo State Government on Covid 19 pandemic relief fund raising for lack of better constituted management committee in place ?

Absolutely yes. Oyo State Governor or Government have not been impressive and properly coordinated. You saw what happened with management of UCH and the Governor offensive note in media?

It took media interventions of Fresh FM radio Covid 19 pandemic situations room program anchored by Mr Issac Brown and Vetran Abolade Salami to marry them together.

The Governor appointed Dr Alonge, UCH former CMD, a physiotherapist but, did not carry along prestigious UCH management for collaborations, The Governor said live on Fresh FM radio that, state government would do her own pallatives over two weeks ago and this is the 4th week of index case in Oyo State, nothing. Can such Governor or Government be taken serious? Definitely No.

His Excellency Executive Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde is a good man but, matters of governance is beyond being a nice husband or a philanthropist. knowing Etiquettes of governance is the key.

NIYI AKINTOLA SAN is not a show person or a pretender, My wife is a member of NBA Ibadan of Nine years post call to bar, through her I got to know weeks ago NIYI AKINTOLA SAN donated 2m naira while Lateef Fagbemi SAN donated 5m to be shared as pallatives for lawyer’s under 10years post call in NBA Ibadan. lawyer’s under this category got 20,000naira each.

If AKINTOLA SAN hold such strong view, it speak volume about try and error governance we are being fed in Oyo State.

My heart bleeds and feel sorry with the ways things are going. We were not perfect while in government for eight years either not worse as this and we left Oyo State better we met it.

What has your own party chieftain’s too also done in this regards?

You should know Oyo State APC boasts of Galaxy Star’s that, we lost election to the Incumbent party remains Political mystery but, such mysteries do occur whereby you see Portsmouth FC defeated Man Utd in the English premier league. Laugh’s.

On a serious note, 2019 APC Gubernatorial candidate, Bayo Adelabu FCA ,embraced electronic pallatives model where he gathered over 5,000 bank account numbers and sent across token of 5,000naira, if you multipy that, the expenditure by Adelabu is over 25million naira. That tells you more about concept development from Adelabu and you could have imagined if he was elected in 2019.

Former Commissioner for finance under Elegantly Elegance Ex-Governor Abiola Ajimobi, Bimbo Adekanmbi spent fortune on distribution of over 600 50kg bags of rice , a call to bodija market will reveal to you over 8m naira was expended by Ajimobi’s Finance Commissioner.

Senator Fatai Buhari representing Oyo North distributed food items worth over 35million naira, all these are not propaganda like Governor Makinde modus operandi, it was widely reported by online medium and conventional media platforms.

Senator Teslim Folarin equally spent fortune on food items run into millions of naira and also donated cash to some radio stations for distribution in ibadan.

Ayodeji Karim of Karim’s family in ibadan who was one time CEO of construction giant, COSTAIN CONSTRUCTION FIRM, he was the youngest CEO listed on the Nigeria stock exchange at the age of 37years along side Ladi Balogun of FCMB. Ayodeji Karim bought bags of rice , re-bag and distributed to over 2,600 individuals, he did this in his capacity as CEO of Winchester Construction, Home’s & Farm’s for humanity and part of CSR (corporate social responsibility) not even for politics. I can say this because, am quite close with him.

Joseph Tegbe FCA distributed pallatives through his Tegbe Foundation. Dr Azeez Adeduntan also did his own.

Also Hon Supo Philips based in UK but, from Akinyele LG spent millions of naira for food items and sanitizers distributed to people.

My brother’s of Okeogun extraction, Hon Shina Abiola Peller, Member House of Representatives Abuja , representing Iseyin/Kajola/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa federal Constituency, Hon John Olaleru, Deputy Whip OYHA 8th Assembly spent millions of naira, Hon Niyi Adeagbo , Chairman Itesiwaju LG reached out too to people within his capacity, Egnr Femi Alao bought 50 bags of rice for his people in kishi town in Irepo LG, Prof. Adeolu Akande of NCC and Former Oyo State Commissioner for lands Issac Ajiboye Omodewu donated huge sum for pallatives food items coordinated by ODF in Okeogun 10LG. You are an established political Analyst in this state and many respect your political judgement. Who are you supporting to be Governorship Candidate of APC in Oyo State comes 2023?

I am a Muslim that believe what Al Qur’an said about life. It is only Allah that knows who will be alive till evening of today let alone tomorrow May 5th or 2023. It is still very politically premature to talk about this in fact, the party need to be solid as a platform before talking about candidature’s. We are appealing to our genuine party Member’s that are genuinely aggrieved to be magnanimous and consider the political bigger picture.

But as APC stakeholder, you must have someone in mind as your Guber Candidate as we have Senator Teslim Folarin, Dr Adeduntan, Joseph Tegbe, Akeem Agbaje , Issac Omodewu, Ayodeji Karim and 2019 APC Guber Candidate, Bayo Adelabu. Who is this person?

Cant I be Governor of Oyo State? On a serious mode, Honestly today marks 28 years that my life role model died Late Sheikh Adam Abdullah Al-Alory of Markaz Arabic Institute, Agege, Lagos. As Agege boy I am privileged to know about spiritual world around destiny and I won’t play God to speak of tomorrow that is only known to Allah. I repeat, what is of essence is our party image and organization.

Congress of our party comes 2022 would be key to success expected at the poll in 2023, God spare our lives. But, I hold strong Political believe we are Government in waiting.
