You Are Not A Failure | By Alli Egbesola

Every time in life when there is a change of seasons (either through observation of the calendar, weather or clocks), as living beings with reasonable sense, we all like to check our achievements and where we failed, our strength and all weaknesses, and the answered prayers and unanswered ones. Our physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of life will all be measured.
With all these mentioned above, those that fall on the negative side of the line in one aspect or the other bring on the judgement that they have failed, that God doesn’t answer their prayers and that all time used in pursuit is wasted.
My dear, you are not a failure; it is the rainy season that has gone, and another one is still coming. It is this year’s admission you missed; another one is still coming. It is 2025 that is finishing today; another year is still coming. That thing you’re looking for which you have worked, prayed or schemed for and you don’t get does not mean you failed.

Come to think of it, some have money, and there is no health to manage it; some have children, and that is the cause of their sadness; some get promoted and don’t use a day on the new level; some get that admission, perform well in school, but don’t witness the graduation. That person you are using to compare yourself to – that there are a lot of things he has that you don’t have – don’t forget you also have some things that are his own prayer points. You are looking for money to take proper care of your children, forgetting that some have that money and spend it just to have a child. You are walking around by yourself and doing things conveniently; some are praying to God to take everything they have and return their health. Life is vice versa; those things that you have, someone is looking for.

The first asset every man needs is life; when you are alive, there are a lot of opportunities. My dear, get up, be focused and get prepared; many other chances are coming, but be prepared for them. It is 2025 that ends; more other years are coming. You are not a failure, and you won’t fail again.
