Youth President, Awogboro Celebrates Birthday in Grand Style, Reaches Out to Schools, People.
The President of Supreme Forum for Yoruba Youths(SFYY), Comrade Femi Awogboro has celebrated his this year birthday in a grand style by reaching out to schools and supporting people.
Awogboro charged youth to continue to be agents of positive change for the progress of the south west states and Nigeria at large.
Aare Femi Awogboro emphasised this while presenting learning materials to students of secondary schools in Ibadan to commemorate his this year birthday celebration.
According to the SFYY President, “the task of the pace setting status of the southwest states can not be left in the hands of the state governors alone but should be a collective responsibility because they can not do it alone.
“It is time people of the Southwest states, the Omoluabis to restrategise, especially, the youth, we need to support governments at all levels to reduce or eradicate the activities of kidnappers terrorising the Northern parts of the country.
“Here in the Southwest, we value education, hence the need for relevant stakeholders to fashion out ways to prevent such occurrence in Yorubaland”, Awogboro maintained.
“I decided to celebrate this year’s birthday in a low key. In fact, I didn’t want to do anything but it has been my usual practice to donate to schools in my capacity to support the education sector and the less privileged to contribute my quota towards improving the society”, he revealed.
Awogboro also appreciated God who gave him the grace to clock another year despite various challenges.
He also thanked Supreme Forum for Yoruba Youths(SFYY), friends and other well wishers for their wishes through text messages, phone calls and other means of communication.
