YULETIDE: Bunvic Celebrates Christmas, Felicitates With Fellow Christian Faithful, Nigerians.

Honourable Segun Dokun Odebunmi, Chairman House of Representatives Committee on Information, National Orientation, Ethics and Values, has felicitated with his fellow Christian faithful, his constituents and Nigerians, generally, on the occasion of this year Christmas celebration.

The Federal lawmaker representing Surulere and Ogo Oluwa Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon. Bunvic urged the faithful to always put first what Jesus Christ represents, which is love, peace and kindness.”Calvary greetings to us all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I, joyfully, use this medium to wish us all compliment of the season. Also, I want to encourage us all to continue in the vine yard of our master and I pray for you, myself and all Nigerians that our heart desires will be met in this new year. God bless us all. Please, let’s always put what our Lord Jesus Christ represents, first, which is love. Let’s be our brothers’ keepers, irrespective, of their religion or region.

In his Christmas message, the Leader of House of Reps Caucus in Oyo state, Hon. Bunvic stated further that,”This yuletide season does not only commemorate the birth of Christ ‘the Prince of Peace’; it also signifies to the Christian Community, the arrival of good tidings of joy, peace and renewed hope.

“What is Christmas? It is the tenderness of the past, courage for the present, and hope for the future. Despite the challenges we’re facing in the course of the previous years, and presently, locally and globally, it is enough to celebrate the gift of life and God’s mercy. Let’s rejoice and reach out to the needy around us, during this festive period and beyond.

“Christmas is the season of joy, of gift-giving, and of families united. Dearly, I wish all our good people in Oyo state and the entire members of human race, a wonderful and blessed season.

“Once again, I dearly felicitate with my Christian brothers and sisters, at home and in diasporas, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ this Christmas. I wish my Christian sisters and brothers, Merry Christmas and happy new year, in advance.” He submitted.
