Easter: Senatorial Hopeful, Ogunesan Delights Oyo North District with Foodstuff, Urges Unity • ATISBO APC Hails Former HoS As Local Govt Distributes Gifts
Chief (Mrs) Olawumi Ogunesan, MFR, a former Head of Service (HoS) in Oyo State and frontline Oyo North Senatorial Hopeful on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has donated several bags of rice and beans to all 13 Local Government chapters of APC in the senatorial district.
While greeting Christian faithful, the prominent chieftainess of APC, Ogunesan in her festivity message described Easter as a time of deep reflection, sacrifice, and renewal, urging Oyo North APC faithful to sustain the reigning peace in the party. She urged unity while charging all citizens to embrace the spirit of love and service to humanity.
“This season reminds us of our Lord Jesus Christ’s selfless love and the power of sacrifice in bringing about redemption and new beginnings. Just as Christ gave himself for the good of others, we must come together, beyond our differences, to build a more united, peaceful, and prosperous Oyo North, Oyo State and Nigeria,” she said.
“Easter offers a chance to reach out with kindness, to heal divisions, and to rekindle hope. Let us make this season count by being a source of strength to one another,” she said.

In their joint message while distributing the gifts of the foodstuffs, the ATISBO LG APC chairman, Hon Illiasu Yunus and Secretary, Peter Adeniji lauded the former HoS as a blessing to Oyo North and humanity in general.
