Ibadan Northeast/Southeast APC Candidate, Dudu Alubarika Welcomes First Lady, Sen Oluremi Tinubu, to Oyo State as “Tinubu Torch Bearers” Conducts Official Inauguration Tomorrow
The All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives candidate for Ibadan Northeast/Southeast Federal Constituency, Honourable Ibraheem Olayode Iyiola, popularly known as Dudu Alubarika, has joined party leaders and members to welcome the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, to Oyo State for the official inauguration of the Tinubu Torch Bearers (TTB), Oyo State Chapter.
Hon. Iyiola described the visit as a significant moment for APC faithful and supporters across the state, saying it will further energise grassroots commitment to the party’s ideals and programmes.
The Bashorun Musulumi of Ibadanland, Hon. Iyiola, welcomed prominent stakeholders and members of the Tinubu Torch Bearers, including Dr Alile Idele, APC National Women Leader and Convener, TTB; H.E. Ambassador Dr Florence Ajimobi, FSPSP, Matron, TTB, Oyo State; Her Excellency Hajiya Nana Shettima; Dr Sandra Kolade, TTB Zonal Coordinator, South-West; Hancela Yinka Akintunde, TTB South-West Deputy Zonal Coordinator; Alhaja Adetunji, Coordinator, TTB Oyo State; and other distinguished party leaders and members.
According to Hon. Iyiola, the gathering underscores the need for sustained unity, especially among APC faithful, and reaffirms their commitment to progress, unity, and victory at all levels.
Iyiola expressed confidence that the official inauguration of the Tinubu Torch Bearers in the state will bring together stakeholders and supporters in a clear demonstration of solidarity, organisational strength, and renewed resolve to support the Tinubu agenda.
