INDEPENDENCE DAY: Amb Florence Ajimobi Urges Unity, Promotes Prosperity, Opportunity for All

Ambassador (Dr.) Florence Ajimobi, Former First Lady of Oyo State and Nigeria’s Ambassador to Austria has congratulated Nigerians on Independence Day, describing the nation as home to resilient, resourceful and wonderfully diverse people.
In her Independence Day message, Ajimobi said Nigerians should continue working “side by side” in unity to build “a Nigeria that is stronger, more prosperous and full of opportunity for all.”
Ajimobi, who is also Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna wrote:
“Today, we celebrate Nigeria — a country of resilient, resourceful and wonderfully varied people, and of a future we are still building together.
May we keep working side by side, in unity, for a Nigeria that is stronger, more prosperous and full of opportunity for all.
