Dr Moshood Abioye, a renowned international scholar hailed from Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo-State, has felicitated with His Imperial Majesty, Oba(Dr) Mohood Olalekan Balogun, Alli Okunmade II, over his first coronation anniversary, as Olubadan of Ibadan Land.

The notable philanthropist, Dr Abioye in a statement personally signed by himself and made available to the newsmen in Ibadan, stated that,“I’m highly delighted to congratulate my father and our highly valued Monarch, Oba (Dr.) Mohood Olalekan Balogun, Alli Okunmade II, on this historic occasion of his first coronation anniversary as the Olubadan of Ibadanland, today Saturday March 11, 2023.

“Indeed, I’m filled with joy as the royal family, Olubadan in council, Ibadan descendants at home and in diasporas, and the good people of Oyo-state, in general celebrate Kabiesi over his first coronation anniversary on the throne of his forefathers.

“Our father, mentor and king is a great source of unity, peace, progress and development to Ibadan Land, Oyo-State and Nigeria at large.

“Kabiesi! Please, have our steadfast prayers and unwavering supports. May God continue to strengthen you in sound health, unalloyed wisdom and quality longevity as the custodian of the Exalted Stool of the Ancient City of Ibadanland.
