NMCN Inducts Best Graduating Student, “HABEEBAT HABEEB”, 49 Other Nursing Graduates at Fountain University 3rd Induction & Oath-Taking Ceremony

Miss Habeebat Motunrayo Habeeb, RN, RM, BNSc, an outstanding daughter of Surv. Abeeb K. Adeyemo, mnis,mgeoson, and Best Graduating Student (BGS) of Fountain University, Osogbo—will, alongside 49 other nursing graduates, be formally inducted into the nursing profession by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) during the University’s 3rd Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony of Registered Nurses.

The event is scheduled to hold today , Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at the Fountain University premises in Osogbo.


Before this historic professional milestone, HM Habeeb had already made waves academically. She graduated with distinction after attaining an impressive CGPA of 4.69, a performance widely celebrated for its excellence and for elevating her as the Best Graduating Student of her graduating set.
HM Habeeb’s achievement has been described as a reflection of hard work, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, qualities she demonstrated throughout her academic journey at Fountain University.


Aboriginally, HM Habeeb was born into a family noted for ingenuity, nobility, and outstanding contributions to society. She is a granddaughter of Prince Imran Adeagbo Adeyemo and Chief (Mrs) M.I.A. Adeyemo of Isale Adeoyo Isale Alfa, Ibadan.
HM Habeeb, the daughter of Surv. A. K. Adeyemo, mnis, a renowned surveying luminary and geoinformatics talent stated that family roots, mentoring, and strong values are credited for shaping her drive toward academic and professional success.
In a message following her remarkable graduation, HM Habeeb expressed sincere gratitude to her parents, family members, and well-wishers. She also attributed her success to their support, prayers, and encouragement, emphasising that reaching such a milestone was not only personal effort, but also the result of sustained belief in her potential.

HM Habeeb further acknowledged the role of mentorship and professional guidance, stressing that the journey from student to registered professional is built on perseverance, consistency, and the willingness to learn.
In a statement released by the Pioneer Vice Chairman of Aare Latosa Local Council in Oyo State and a brother to HM Habeeb’s father, Hon. Monsuru Akintunde Adeyemo (Socrates), Surv. A.K Adeyemo on behalf of himself and his wife, Mrs. B.O. Adeyemo commended all who stood by their daughter, particularly the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS), professional colleagues, mentors, friends, and relatives.
