Oyo APC Primaries: Ex-Council Boss, Fagunwa Congratulates Alli over Victory as Party Guber Candidate

A former council chairman and an influential chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Honourable Sakiru Kayode Fagunwa, has congratulated Senator Alli over his victory as the party’s governorship candidate.

APC held its gubernatorial primaries nationwide yesterday, and Alli emerged victorious in Oyo State.

“On behalf of myself, family and followers across Ibadan Southeast Local Government and Oyo State, I congratulate our amiable leader and experienced politician, Senator Sharafadeen Alli, on his victory as APC standard bearer.

“Indeed, Senator Sharafadeen Alli is a tested and trusted leader. He is the best bet to govern Oyo State come 2027. I wish him and all APC standard bearers a landslide victory come 2027.

Fagunwa saluted other aspirants for their spirit of sportsmanship and fostered unity among all the party gladiators and members as 2027 draws closer.
