Ibarapa-born legal luminary and prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Barrister Opeyemi Tijani (BOT), has extended heartfelt birthday felicitations to the National Secretary of the APC, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, Ph.D., on the occasion of his 54th birthday.
