2027: Oke-Ogun APC Set to Dislodge Gov Seyi Makinde’s Apparatus in Oyo State

Leaders of the All Progressives Congress APC from the Iseyin, Kajola, Iwajowa, and Itesiwaju federal constituencies in Oyo State have directed their members to ensure that the APC wins all seats in the 2027 general election.
Rising from a meeting held yesterday at the Ado-Awaye residence of its leader and former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Chief Iyiola Oladokun, APC chieftains disclosed that they have put all machineries in motion to win all seats in the entire ten local governments in Oke Ogun.

The party is assured to flush out and dismantle all the structures of outgoing Governor Seyi Makinde and reinstall a progressive government in Oyo State in 2027.
The APC disclosed that it was satisfied with the huge success of its members’ party registration and update of their voters’ cards.

The party appealed to those who lost out at the party’s last primaries to work for the party’s candidates but urged its national secretariat in Abuja to graciously compensate the aggrieved aspirants after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s reelection.
Among the chieftains at the meeting were Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola, Deputy Director General of Senator Sarafa Abiodun Alli’s Gubernatorial campaign team, Chief Sola Ogunbode, its Oyo North Senatorial counterpart, former Commissioner Wasiu Oladimeji Asusu, former Commissioner Bolaji Kareem, serving and past State and Federal legislators, National and State APC officers from Oke Ogun, as well as Oke Ogun leaders including Alhaji Abu Gbadamosi and Chief Goke Oyetunji.
