Ibadan Northeast/Southeast: No Room for Division – Dudu Alubarika Urges Unity as House of Reps Candidate Meets ASHAD (PHOTOS)

Honourable Ibraheem Olayode Iyiola (Dudu Alubarika), House of Representatives candidate for Ibadan North East/Ibadan South East Federal Constituency, yesterday met with Hon. Shakirat Adebola Adetunji (ASHAD), alongside one of the party leaders, Hon. Akeem Olatunji Akogun.

According to Hon. Iyiola, the meeting formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen unity and promote reconciliation within the party. He described the encounter as meaningful, noting that it provided an opportunity to reconnect, engage in sincere discussions, and reaffirm their shared commitment to the progress and success of the party.

While acknowledging that politics may sometimes bring different aspirations and viewpoints, Hon. Iyiola emphasised that they remain one family beyond personal ambitions, stressing that the collective interest of the party and the betterment of the people must come first.

Iyiola also expressed appreciation for the warm reception extended by his sister, Hon. Shakirat Adebola Adetunji, describing her attitude as a demonstration of the spirit of reconciliation. Hon. Iyiola said he looks forward to greater collaboration, stronger unity, and a renewed determination to work together for the benefit of both the constituency and the party.
