2027: Wasiu Ajimobi Throws Weight Behind Sharafadeen Alli, Urges Supporters to Vote Legal Luminary as APC Guber Candidate • Politician Congratulates Remi Oseni on Victory As Oyo South Party Flagbearer

A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and Ikolaba Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Chief Wasiu Ajimobi, has thrown his political weight behind Senator Sharafadeen Alli, urging APC members to vote for the “legal luminary” as gubernatorial candidate during the party’s governorship primaries being held tomorrow, Thursday, May 21.

Ajimobi called on his supporters across the Oyo South Senatorial District and the state to turn out en masse, expressing unshaken confidence that Alli, who is both a widely accepted figure and an experienced political actor, will secure a decisive victory.

In the same breath, Chief Ajimobi congratulated Honourable Remi Oseni on his emergence as flagbearer of the APC for the Oyo South party primary recently concluded, wishing him success at the general elections in 2027.

The chieftain commended APC leaders and faithful for their resilience, commitment, and sacrifices while assuring them that their efforts will not be in vain. “May every committed party stalwart reap the fruits of their labor,” he added.

As Chief Ajimobi intensified grassroots mobilisation, he also canvassed support for President Bola Tinubu, rallying people in Oyo State and beyond for the president’s re-election bid in 2027.
