Oyo 2027: BSA Neighbour-to-Neighbour Campaign Inaugurates Ward Coordinators in Egbeda, Targets Stronger APC Grassroots Mobilisation

The BSA Neighbour-to-Neighbour Campaign Initiative has inaugurated its Coordinators and Community Agents in Egbeda Local Government Area of Oyo State, with a strong call for unity, inclusion and stronger relationships among women, youths and communities.


The inauguration brought together political leaders, ward representatives, women leaders, youth leaders and community stakeholders from across Egbeda and beyond.
Speaking at the event, Hon. Oyediran Temitope, Coordinator of the Neighbour-to-Neighbour Campaign Initiative in Egbeda, welcomed attendees and explained the vision of the initiative. He stated that the core objective is to build a strong grassroots network capable of canvassing and mobilising voters across all wards and communities to support Barrister Senator Sharafadeen Alli, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all APC candidates in the 2027 elections.

He emphasised that the initiative is committed to reaching voters directly at the grassroots, strengthening relationships within communities and ensuring that no electorate is left out of the mobilisation effort.
High Chief Mrs. Adebayo Titilayo and other women leaders urged women to remain united, work together and strengthen their collective voice within their communities.
Farmer Hon. Omolara Kafilat Busari Svensson, Director and State Coordinator of the BSA Neighbour-to-Neighbour Campaign Initiative, also joined other leaders in emphasising grassroots participation and community engagement.
Also present were Hon. Adio Mutaru, Olori Aderonke Adedeji, Pastor Segun Oyediran, Hon. Dauda Rahim, BSA Representative, Alaja Adewale, Alhaji Trimisiu Alaka, Hon. Taofeek Adewale, Hon. Adewale Adebayo and other political stakeholders from Egbeda Local Government and Oyo State.
The inauguration also witnessed the presence of Comrade Olaleye Olawale, APC Chairman, Egbeda Local Government Area, alongside Mama Stella JP.
Importantly, all Ward Chairmen, Ward Women Leaders and Ward Youth Leaders were represented at the gathering, reflecting broad grassroots participation.
The event ended with a renewed commitment to neighbour-to-neighbour relationships, unity and community-level engagement as the campaign strengthens its grassroots structure ahead of the 2027 elections.
