Former Oyo State First Lady and Ambassador-Designate to Austria, Chief (Dr) Florence Ajimobi, has expressed gratitude after being celebrated in a special event hosted by two prominent Nigerian women chieftanesses.

In a statement, Dr Ajimobi said she was “deeply honoured and warmly hosted” by her “Sisters for Life”, Her Excellency Dr Zainab Shinkafi-Bagudu, and Her Excellency Barr (Mrs) Chioma Uzodinma, to mark her appointment.

The former First Lady described the occasion as a meaningful step into a new chapter, thanking her hosts and supporters for their love, encouragement, and goodwill as she begins her duties in the new role.
