Today, I join countless admirers, political associates, and beneficiaries of exemplary leadership in solemn remembrance of our revered leader, mentor, and statesman, whose transition left an indelible void in the political landscape of Oyo State and Nigeria.
Senator Abiola Ajimobi was more than a Governor; he was a pathfinder who charted a new course for progressive governance, a pacesetter who redefined leadership standards, and a patriot whose unwavering commitment to the development of Oyo State remains a reference point for generations to come.
His tenure was marked by courage, vision, discipline, and an uncommon determination to transform challenges into opportunities. Through strategic reforms, infrastructural renewal, and a steadfast belief in the potential of our people, he laid foundations that continue to shape the progress of our dear state.
