OLUYOLE: We’re proud of you, ride on – Stakeholders, residents showcase Rep Akande-Sadipe’s pro-people scorecards, pass ‘vote of confidence’ on lawmaker

•Oluyole Residents Back Akande-Sadipe’s ‘Results Over Propaganda’ Political Credentials.

Stakeholders and residents of Oluyole Federal Constituency have called on the public to focus on measurable development rather than what they described as “media propaganda and misinformation” in the ongoing political discourse surrounding Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, the Member representing Oluyole Federal Constituency.

In a press statement titled “Oluyole Deserves Performance, Not Propaganda,” the group said Akande-Sadipe has continued to supervise and facilitate critical infrastructure projects across the constituency since she has been elected as the federal lawmaker for the constituency.

The statement reads:“OLUYOLE DESERVES PERFORMANCE, NOT PROPAGANDA

As concerned stakeholders and supporters of good governance in Oluyole Federal Constituency, we have watched with concern the continued campaign of misinformation and personal attacks being directed at the Member representing Oluyole Federal Constituency, Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe.

While some individuals remain preoccupied with media propaganda and the politics of distraction, Hon. Akande-Sadipe has remained focused on what truly matters—delivering tangible dividends of democracy to the people of Oluyole.

Since the conclusion of the APC primary election, she has continued to attract and supervise critical infrastructure projects across the constituency.

Among her recent achievements is the facilitation of five pedestrian bridges along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway at the following locations:

  • Soka
  • Sanyo
  • Boluwaji
  • Eleruku/Muslim
  • Semi’nbio

These long-awaited projects will significantly improve public safety and help prevent the tragic loss of lives that has occurred over the years on the expressway.

In addition, of the eleven newly facilitated boreholes spread across Oluyole Local Government, drilling has already been completed in nine locations, while work is actively progressing on the remaining sites.

The beneficiary communities include:

  • Apadi Community
  • Idiroko Community
  • Olokonla Community
  • Irepodun Community
  • Odo Ona Nla
  • Mole Village, Olojuoro
  • Olohunkemi Community
  • Olokuta Community
  • Ibuso Community
  • Aba Ibeji General Area
  • CRIN Community

Equally noteworthy is the ongoing installation of 150 new solar-powered street and public space lights across all ten wards of Oluyole Local Government. These projects will enhance security, improve economic activities, and make our communities safer for residents.

These are not promises. They are projects that can be physically verified by every resident of Oluyole.

Leadership is ultimately measured by service, not by the number of press interviews granted or allegations made in the media. While others continue to trade in rumours, Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe continues to deliver visible and impactful projects that improve the quality of life of the people she represents.

We therefore urge members of the public to disregard attempts to distract attention from genuine developmental efforts through baseless propaganda and misinformation.

The people of Oluyole deserve facts, not fiction; performance, not propaganda; and results, not rhetoric.

History will judge every public office holder by what they built, the lives they touched, and the legacy they leave behind—not by the headlines they sought to create.

Signed:

Concerned APC Stakeholders and Residents of Oluyole Federal Constituency.
